You pay significantly less, only a part of the purchase price of the desired yacht, but you do not receive any income, since the produced income is used to pay out the rest of the purchase balance that remained after your initial part payment.
You will have a 2-5 years employment contract that will pay out your Yacht purchase.All the annual and administrating costs & expenses will be covered by us.You can enjoy your Yacht for your own vacation 2weeks since the rest of the period your Yacht will be employed and produce Income.
UPyachting management Plc is planning to be listed on the Cyprus stock exchange. (E.C.M.) in the first 6 months of 2022. In this way we will be able to offer to our investors transparency in the distribution of our profits.
As a listed company we will be audited every 3 months by independent reputable worldwide auditors and the Capital Market Commission of the stock exchange.
UPyachting Management Plc immediately after its listing and the officially beginning of the online trading of our shares on the stock exchange, will organize a private placement process, where by increasing our share capital against new shares, we will raise additional funds for our business purpose and targets.
In this way, investors get a quick way to liquidate their investment, since they do not need to wait to sell the entire Yacht that belongs to them, but to sell whenever they want their shares through the stock exchange.
