Furthermore, we've recently entered into 3 MOUs, delineating the pathway for acquiring stakes in the following startup yachting companies. This endeavor involves injecting equity capital into each company to propel the realization of their promising business plans and amplify their future valuation.
UPyachting Management Plc, will co-invest in these 3 new startups, utilizing a portion of the fresh equity to be raised from our pool of shareholders, as also from selective private equities and venture capitals, that will co- invest with us on these promising Travel Teck Companies.
