UPyachting Management Plc is a public traded company on the Cyprus Stock Exchange, specializing in Yachting Finance and Investments through Mergers and Acquisitions.

Raising capital from the stock exchange, we invite institutional and private investors to invest through our listed company, whenever we identify an opportunity, whether it is a mature company or a startup.

Having already secure commitments & Funds allocation, from a pool of Institutional and private investors, we drawdown those funds to our Listed entity, and then we directly invest them to the Project, such as a Private Fund, utilizing methods such as mergers, acquisitions, or private placements.
